Cancellation Policy

We charge a 45% non refundable cancellation or reschedule fee for under 24hr and 100% for no shows, NO EXCEPTION !, And we will block anyone with declining cancellation fees. Please do not text us or Call us!

SELECTING A SERVICE: Please read before booking. When selecting a service, I am ONLY able to provide that service selected. Ex: If you book a plain acrylic full set, you will get a PLAIN acrylic full set, NO designs, NO stones just PLAIN! New client please come with bare nails,if you have to soak please arrive 45min to soak ($15 ll be added to your service) I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER WORK! Cancellation or reschedule needs to be done 24hrs before appointment otherwise there ll be a 45% cancel fee!
