CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 45% non refundable cancellation or reschedule fee for under 24hr and 100% for no shows, NO EXCEPTION !, And we will block anyone with declining cancellation fees. Please do not text us or Call us!

📌 Selecting a Service Please read carefully before booking. When selecting a service, I can only provide the service you booked. Example: If you book a plain acrylic full set, you will receive a plain acrylic full set — no designs, no stones, just plain. ✨ New Clients • Please arrive with bare nails. • If you require a soak-off, arrive 45 minutes early. A $15 fee will be added to your service. • I do not work over other technicians’ work. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in a 45% cancellation fee.
